Located along Water Street and Island Lane in the Borough, the park is situated on the past site of Logan Town, an Indian village that sat at the confluence of the Ohio and Beaver Rivers. The park is on the site of the historic Girard Lock and offers a wide range of fishing  and recreational opportunities in the Ohio and Beaver Rivers, as well as access to the rivers for boating. Riverfront Park offers a level 2-mile paved round-trip walking trail, with historical signage along the way. The trail offers a unique view of the Ohio and Beaver Rivers and wildlife such as ducks, geese, blue herons, beavers, or the many species of fish along the shoreline.  A park shelter is available for rent by contacting the Municipal Building.  Advanced reservations are suggested.

Connecticut Ave Ballfields & Playground
The Connecticut Ave Ballfields & Playground is located off of Deer Lane between Connecticut Ave and Irvin Ave. The ballfields are continually being improved through the efforts of the Rochester Baseball & Softball Organization. The complex offers a picnic shelter as well. The park is open from dawn to dusk.

Brady’s Run Park is located on Route 51, three miles north of Rochester, within Brighton and Patterson Townships. This park, the County's largest, consists of nearly 2000 acres, and a 28-acre lake for boating, fishing, and swimming. Operated by the County of Beaver, it is a setting for many annual outings, festivals, picnics, weddings and a host of other fun activities for year-round family fun. The facilities including:

Rochester residents are just a short drive away from Raccoon Creek State Park. Raccoon Creek State Park has continued to develop from the park’s beginning as a Recreational Demonstration Area operated by the National Park Service in the 1930s, to one of the largest and most beautiful state parks in Pennsylvania. Facilities at the park are a mix from the early Civilian Conservation Corps camp to modern facilities. In addition to recreational areas, there are large tracts of undeveloped land. The 7,572-acre park features the beautiful 101-acre Raccoon Lake. Other available recreational activities at the park include:
